Stadium History

Lumen Field in Seattle, Washington, opened in 2002 as the home of the Seattle Seahawks NFL franchise and Seattle Sounders FC of Major League Soccer. The stadium is famous for its 12th Man crowd noise, regularly ranking among the loudest stadiums in the world. The stadium has hosted the X Games, the CONCACAF Champions League final, and a record 69,000+ crowd for an MLS match in 2023.

How to Get There

Located in the SoDo neighborhood, the stadium is accessible by Seattle's Link light rail (Stadium station) and is 20 minutes from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The stadium is part of a sports complex that includes T-Mobile Park (Mariners).
